| | .jpg) | The Anti-Backlash Lead Nuts are for leadscrew applications that require precise positioning as they eliminate the minimal backlash between the lead screw and nut interface.
The lead nuts are available with a thread mount and are customizable with standard or special flange configurations. Drive nuts are made from a self-lubricating polyacetal that, when combined with our precision rolled stainless steel leadscrews, provide low drag torque and smooth operation throughout the life of the assembly. Our lead nuts can also be operated without lubrication when combined with PTFE (Teflon™) coated screws. | |

Our standard Anti-Backlash leadnuts are available in several thread forms. The anti-backlash feature compensates for clearance or wear between the leadscrew and nut when reversing the direction of movement.
STANDARD FEATURES INCLUDE:
Turcite-X plastic nuts provide low friction for high efficiency movement.
Leadnuts tapped in ACME, Unified National V, Metric V, and Metric Acme thread forms.
Separate mounting flanges can be assembled to our Anti-Backlash leadnuts without integral flanges.
