The 29 degree ACME thread form provides both efficiency of motion and load strength. Cold formed lead screw material has a smooth finish for reduced friction and a strong grain structure for driving high loads.


Standard Features:

  • ACME thread sizes range between 3/16" and 5/8" in outside diameter.
  • Conforms to ANSI B1.5 and B1.8 thread standards.
  • Available in single or multiple start thread forms.
  • External threaded rods have a 2G thread fit.
  • The lead accuracy is 0.006" per foot max.
  • Standard material is 300 series Stainless Steel.
  • Surface roughness is a burnished 16 finish or better.
  • We offer many standard ACME sizes, and custom forms are available upon request.

    The 30 degree Trapezoidal (Metric Acme) is a common thread form used in linear motion which provides both efficiency of motion and load strength.


    Standard Features:

  • Metric Tr - Profile thread sizes range between Tr 4.0X.1.0 and Tr 14X4.0.
  • Conforms to ISO, DIN 103 thread standard.
  • External threaded rods have a 7E thread fit.
