Standard Features:

  • Fractional UN thread sizes range between 1/4 and 5/8.
  • Numbered UN thread sizes range from #4 to #10.
  • Conforms to ANSI B1.1 thread standard.
  • Available in 2A and 3A thread classes.
  • The lead accuracy is 0.003" per foot max.
  • Standard material is 300 series Stainless Steel.
  • Surface roughness is a burnished 16 finish or better.

    The 29 degree ACME thread form provides both efficiency of motion and load strength. Cold formed lead screw material has a smooth finish for reduced friction and a strong grain structure for driving high loads.

  • Conforms to ANSI B1.5 and B1.8 thread standards.
  • Available in single or multiple start thread forms.
  • External threaded rods have a 2G thread fit.
