 Detent (DTP): Detent pins are designed to use in temporary, quick disconnect operations. The pin has a ball bearing on one end with a steel spring works that depresses and springs out to lock the pin into place.

 
   
 Button Head (PLB): Button head positive lock pins are the most commonly used in this particular line of pins. Self-locking pins use a mechanical works such that the ball will not release until the button on the handle is depressed.  
   
 Ring Handle (PLR): Ring handle positive lock pins feature a secure self-locking mechanism with an easy grip ring handle that is small enough to fit into recesses. Ring handle pins are the most economical variety in this line.  
   
 T-Handle (PLT): T-handle positive lock pins provide comfortable, firm grip for quick installation and removal from application site. They are especially helpful in positioning or repetitive uses.  
   
 L-Handle (PLL): L-handle positive lock pins provide comfortable, firm grip for quick installation and removal from application site. They are especially helpful in positioning or repetitive uses. The L-handle design allows for use in recesses or against barriers.
