 STAMPED PARTS BECOME FINISHED ASSEMBLIES

Many simple stamped parts comprise the makeup of the final assembly.

Our stamped parts coupled with a die cast nose yielded a cost-effective part when large order quantities were required.

Medical, Military or Commercial, we do it all, correctly and on time.

 SNAP CLIPS

can be built on simple stamping tooling. Large runs are achieved at minimum costs.

We design and build our own tooling in house with the latest of computer programs and CNC machines.

 SIMPLE STAMPINGS

Yield part after part with continued tolerances part after part. Product costs are greatly reduced through this process.

Even stampings that require a number of features can be achieved in single step operations with the properly designed tooling.

 UPGRADING WINDOW HOUSINGS

For the Military Vehicles that needed more protection, we stamped in just a few quick steps, the final processes were achieved along with the prescribed finish.

These were ready for final assembly when shipped from our facility.

Keeping our Troops safe is a GOOD THING!

 INVENTIONS

Yes we do inventions, you can count on our help and experience in all of your product phases.

Initial runs to full production, we're here to assist in the design of your concept ensuring the best possible product for your successful product launch to capture the market.

Military Components, from very hard alloys like this one, made from 17-7 stainless are just a little harder to master. This part is approximately 4.000" in diameter and 2.000" tall. It begins from .060" thick sheet stock.

All of our tooling is designed and built in house, ensuring the best possible parts possible.

Rectangle Thin Wall Cans, like this one from .006" thick stainless steel, that eventually after the steps shown grow to a height of approximately 4.000" X 1.000" X .450".

Many individual steps and heat treating operations aid in the manufacturing of this thin part.

This part eventually grew to over fourteen inches in height and required that many steps. We can produce complex shapes using multiple deep drawing steps, in almost any alloy. The final dimensions were held to less than .005" on all surfaces without any draft angle.

We build and design all tooling in house assuring our customers of the fastest service and accurate part deliveries.
