It begins from .060" thick sheet stock. All of our tooling is designed and built in house, ensuring the best possible parts possible. | ||
.jpg) | Rectangle Thin Wall Cans, like this one from .006" thick stainless steel, that eventually after the steps shown grow to a height of approximately 4.000" X 1.000" X .450". Many individual steps and heat treating operations aid in the manufacturing of this thin part. | ||

The final dimensions were held to less than .005" on all surfaces without any draft angle.
