		Flap Discs pictured with a reuseable 5/8-11 threaded hub. When needing to change back & forth between grits, it's smart and saves time to use a 5/8-11 threaded hub. A reusable hub and be used over & over again without having to pay the cost of a premounted hub and then throwing it away when the Flap Disc is worn. Request Quote

		Flap Discs are available in two different densities. Standard which are thinner and harder. Great for fast stock removal and narrow areas or "XL" which is extra long life due to the add layers which last about 50% longer than Standard Density but for less than 20% added cost. Standard or "XL" density are both available in Type 27 or 29. Request Quote

		Used like a Resin Fibre Disc but lasts up to 20 times the life, giving a consistent grinding action and finish throughout the life of the Flap Disc. As a layer is worn away, a new layer is exposed, thus saving 10-15% of productivity in operator change over. Aluminum Oxide and Zirconium grians available. Request Quote

		Premium Fleixble A/o or Zirc Mini Flap Discs. Available with two different hubs. Type "R" wirh a male thread or Type "S" with a female thread. Flexible edges allow for blending & finishing on contoured edges. Request Quote

		Economy Mini Flap Discs with a 1/4-20 threaded shank. Use with a 1/4-20 threaded adaptor. Available in either Aluminum Oxide or Zirconium grain. Request Quote
