 Bunting Magnetics Co.’s PowerTrac® Modular Aluminum-Frame Conveyors are built to handle most belt-type conveyor applications. PowerTrac Conveyors come in low- and medium-profile models that offer versatility and low-maintenance. PowerTrac’s features include V-guide belt tracks that eliminate belt drift and keep a variety of optional belts centered even when heavily side-loaded or unevenly stretched. Magnetic models have powerful magnet assemblies installed beneath their stainless steel slider beds to hold ferrous parts securely against the belts.  Bunting Magnetics Co. manufactures beltless MagSlide® Chip and Parts Conveyors to transfer sharp, abrasive parts and scrap that can damage conventional conveyors. Permanently lubricated drive chains travel in UHMWPE channels and move permanently charged high-energy Ceramic or Rare Earth magnets inside the housing. These hidden magnets pull ferrous materials along the conveyor’s stainless steel slider bed. Except for the electric motor, all moving parts are totally enclosed. MagSlide Conveyors are CAD engineered and manufactured on advanced CNC punching, milling, and turning equipment for precision fit and long-term reliability. Models include inclined, angled, and low-profile units. Optional watertight housings can be submerged.
