The Bunting line includes a variety of horizontal, incline, and vertical Standard Frame Magnetic Conveyors that can be used to transport, feed, accumulate, elevate, orient, and sequence ferrous and partially ferrous items.
• Bunting Magnetic Conveyors provide positive, continuous control of conveyed materials and can move a wide range of parts and scrap up inclines as steep as 90 degrees.
• Bunting Low-Profile Conveyors can fit where other conveyors cannot. These conveyors require less than 2-inch vertical clearance and can be individually or gang driven.
• Bunting’s beltless MagSlide® Chip and Parts Conveyors were created to transfer highly abrasive scrap and parts that can damage conventional conveyors.
• PowerTrac® Modular Aluminum-Frame Conveyors are built to handle most belt-type conveyor applications. They come in compact low- and medium-profile models that can be ordered to exact lengths and feature V-guide tracks and belts to eliminate belt drift.
Bunting also manufactures custom and special purpose conveyors, automated Stackers/Destackers, Timing Belt Conveyors, and individual magnetic conveyor components that can be used to convert ordinary belt conveyors into efficient magnetic units. | |
