 200 Series: Small Volume Pumps

The Randolph Austin 200 series pump offers reliability and precision in a small package. The pump housing is a 2¼" square and accepts 1/16" ID × 3/16" OD tubing or 1/8" × ¼" tubing. Both tubing sizes are available in a variety of materials. The pump is capable of flow rates up to 450 ml per minute. From laboratory to rugged industrial application, the 200 series pump is an excellent choice. These models are available in fixed speed, air drive, and variable dc configurations.

 300 Series: Small Volume Pump

Randolph Austin offers, in the 300 series pump, a cost-effective, rugged, peristaltic pump with flow rates up to 1200 ml per minute. The pump housing is molded from polycarbonate and measures 3" x 3" x 1". The pump utilizes a ¼"ID x 7/16" OD flexible tubing with a max of 50 shore "A" hardness. This tubing is available in a variety of materials. The 300 series pump is a good choice for O.E.M. applications or some laboratory or sampling applications. These models are available in fixed speed, air drive, and variable dc configurations.

 400 Series: Small Volume Pump

The 400 Series pump is a peristaltic pump molded from clear polycarbonate resin and uses a tri-roller configuration as standard. The pump has flow rates up to 32 gallons per hour (121 Liters) / .53 gallons per minute (2.01 liters per min.) using a 1/4" Id tubing. The 400 series is available in a variety of assemblies, including DC, Pneumatic, or standard AC motor Drive.

The Randolph Austin 500 series pump is a rugged and reliable peristaltic pump. The housing is a machined aluminum casting with stainless sleeved roller assemblies, and a stainless plate shaft assembly that offers long life and reliability. The pump utilizes two sizes of tubing, which are interchangeable and available in variety of materials. The tubing sizes are 3/16" ID x 3/8" OD and ¼" ID x 7/16" OD. The pump has a flow range of up to 42 gallons per hour using the ¼" ID tubing. These models are available in fixed speed, air drive, variable speed AC, explosion proof, and variable speed DC configurations.

The pump is designed to use two sizes of tubing, 5/8" ID x 15/16" OD and ¾" ID x 1 1/16" OD, and provides flow rates of up to 475 gallons per hour. The tubing is available in a variety of materials. The 880 series pump is the largest offered by Randolph Austin. Manufactured form a cast aluminum housing the pump is designed for long life and ease of maintenance. The 880 series pump is capable of flows up to 21 gallons per minute at max speed and is designed to use two sizes of tubing interchangeably. The tubing sizes are ¾" ID x 1 ¼" OD and 1" ID x 1 ½" OD and are available in a variety of materials. These models are available in fixed speed, air drive, variable speed AC, explosion proof, and variable speed DC configurations.
