 Steel Lanyards

Pivot Point offers a selection of high quality lanyard assemblies 3/64 to 1/8 cable diameter for light-duty retention. These lanyards are typically attached to pins and other fasteners to prevent loss.

All Pivot Point standard lanyards are made from 7 x 7 aircraft cable chosen for its strength and flexibility. Stock sizes are available in galvanized steel cable, bare or coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or nylon. PVC coating is more popular because of its appearance, flexibility, and low cost. Nylon offers more durability and abrasion resistance.

Stainless lanyard assemblies are made to order. Specify cable diameter and coating on application.

Special lanyards can be assembled fast and are priced without a set-up charge.

 Detent Ring Pins

Ball detent depresses and springs up for "quick release" applications. Used as a convenient way to adjust or remove accessories on equipment. A stainless steel ball is supported by polyeurathane. This design is low cost and superior in its resistance to foreign material contamination which would shorten ball life.

Standard sizes are made from 12L14 carbon steel zinc plated. Rigid quality control procedures ensure a consistent fastener you can count on.
