		Model CM-100 Multi-Purpose, Variable-speed, Lab Dissolver Low cost versatility- interchangeable multi-head design allows one machine to perform the task of three: • MorehouseCowles dissolver • Rotor-Stator Homogenizer • Small Batch Media Mill The precision-crafted CM-100 dissolver/mixer allows mixing, dispersing or emulsifying at speeds up to 16,000 rpm, making CM-100 ideal for testing lab batches as small as 1/2 pint for making production batches up to 5 gallons. This machine features optional interchangeable HI-SHEAR impellers in sizes ranging from 1" to 3" in diameter, rotor shaft, 1/2 liter jacketed mix vessel and media mill shafts with discs. The ultra-high peripheral impeller speed generated by the powerful 1 hp open-type motor allows true scale-up of laboratory results, eliminating the guesswork involved with lower rpm machines. Ultra-high speed provides sufficient hydraulic shear to wet-out or disperse powders, gums, resins, pigment and other difficult to mix materials.
