		Lightnin ECL • Maintenance free operation. All shaft bearings are sealed for life. Gears are synthetic grease lubricated for continuous lifetime service. • A mixer duty motor with standard mounting allows for many speed and enclosure variations. • Aluminum housing designed for high strength and low weight using Finite Element Analysis. • Large output shaft bearings for longer allowable shaft lengths and long life. • Safe positive chuck design prevents the shaft from disconnecting unless intentionally released. All hardware is captive to the chuck preventing loss. • The A310 is designed to produce excellent flow and process results at less power than other axial flow impellers. • Two interchangeable planetary gear ratios provide more output speeds and increased process flexibility. Direct drive also available. • Multiple bearing seals prevent leakage of lubricant. • Strong rugged clamp with slotted stabilizing wings and four point clamping for secure hold to the tank. 		Portable mixing with a twist Grab the Lightnin Quik-Connect™ Modular Mixer, put it on your intermediate bulk container (IBC) and give it a twist. It's the easiest, most secure way to mix during manufacturing, prior to shipment, at customer locations, and at intervals during storage. One mixer does it all, with no cumbersome mounting, no clean up, and no possibility of cross contamination. Plus, Quik-Connect Mixers comply with 1996 U.S. Department of Transportation regulations for the ultimate in worry-free mixing. LIGHTNIN Quik-Connect Mixers provide high-torque mixing at low speeds. Air-driven models are available in 1/3, 1 and 3 hp. Electrical models come in speeds up to 350 RPM. The new optional retrofit flange allows you to simply assemble it to your existing LIGHTNIN Quik-Connect stuffing box assembly without modifications.
