The Silverson Ultra Sanitary series of multipurpose In-Line mixers is able to perfom the widest variety of applications - mixing, emulsifiying, homogenizing, disintegrating and dissolving, with an efficiency, flexibility and sanitary construction unmatched by other machines.
EHEDG Certified and designed to comply with FDA, 3A TPV (Third Party Verification) and cGMP guidelines, these machines are ideally suited for industries where advanced Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) facilities are required. The design offers further versatility with multistage rotor/stator configurations as standard options, resulting in substantially faster mixing times by reducing the number of recirculation passes required, and offering greater particle size reduction.

The two-stage Line Blender produces a uniform effluent from various feed streams and will handle any fluid you can pump. It achieves uniformity not attainable with static mixers. The Line Blender produces a continuous flow, high intensity agitation which completely overcomes the fluid velocity in the pipeline. Particles of fluid which have time-interval separation can now easily be blended.
The design features two separate mixing chambers where high-speed, high-power impellers smooth fluctuations, produce uniformity at flow rates up to 20,000 G.P.M. The Line Blender uses standard pipe flanges. The mechanical seal is replaceable under pressure and requires no special lubrication.
