		DELUMPER® L Series Roll Crushers The Delumper "L" Series Crushers reduce product to a desired output size with a positive, once through, chopping action. Cost Saving Individually replaceable cutters process agglomerates and chunks and reduce oversized particles to their basic grain size without over-grind, heat rise or fines. These units feature solid construction, smooth finish and design features that make them truly a breed apart for unsurpassed performance and reliability. Features include: rugged, one piece, dust tight body construction, individually replaceable teeth, low vibration and noise, shaft seals, flanges for convenient connection and a low headroom design. Standard models are available in Carbon Steel, T304L or T316L Stainless Steel with input openings of 12"x12", 14"x16", 14"x31" and 20"x20". 		DELUMPER LP - Low Friction Crusher Delumper "LP" Series Powerful Crushers with unique versatility Delumper LP Crushers reduce hard or soft, heat sensitive, sticky or wet agglomerates or lumps . These straight thru units employ extended cutting teeth that rotate completely through a heavy bar cage. Oversized solids up to the unit’s full input opening size are reduced by this powerful processor. With each rotation, the teeth clean the slot openings making the unit automatically self-clearing. The result is an efficient, exceptionally low friction cutting action that is excellent for large quantities of sludge cake, agglomerated chemicals, fats, waxes, plastics, waste and more. CAPABILITIES: The Delumper LP tears through chemicals, lumps, agglomerates, ore, filter cake, ash, sugar, food, plastics and more. These units are available in various sizes with single, dual or triple shaft configurations for capacities up to 27,000 lbs./hr. An optional hardfacing of chrome boride fused coated to all cutting teeth is provided for superior life in abrasive service. 		DELUMPER DC12 - Compact Twin-Shaft Crusher The DELUMPER DC1218 employs an effective twin-shaft crushing mechanism in a compact housing to crush, chop and destroy a wide range of wet, dry or moist materials. This unit can reduce lumps, chunks, coal, cement, limestone and more to their basic grain size. It freshens and enhances product while eliminating flow blockages and impediments. Solids up to the unit’s full inlet size drop straight into th-e unit inlet and are aggressively chopped by the interaction of the two rotors and the unit’s stationary bar grating. The material then drops out the discharge of this straight through unit. The DC1200 is available in carbon or stainless steel construction. Optional hardfacing can be applied to all cutting elements for long life in abrasive service environments. The DC1200 measures only 8 inches (203mm) from inlet to outlet. Units are available with inlet and discharge opening sizes from 12” x 12“ (305mm) up to 12” x 30” (350mmx762mm). Request Quote
