Processes used Green Sand Molding, Automatic Molding, No Bake Molding, Shell Molding, Resin Mold Casting, Permanent Mold, Investment Casting, Lost Foam Casting, and so on.

Customers can choose from a selection of alloy iron and steel castings in airset and shell sand from ounces to 500 pounds. We produce 80 different materials to handle your abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, wear resistant and heat resistant applications.

TMS Castings produces iron, steel, stainless steel, and chrome iron sand castings up to 4000 lbs. We operate four coreless electric induction furnaces, a ‘no-bake’ floor and loop molding operation, and Spectrometer controlled quality of alloys.

Smart-Keen is a manufacturer of cast steel castings, ductile iron castings, aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper alloy castings, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and abrasion resistant steel castings, and carbon steel, manganese steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel castings.

We have refined the casting process to eliminate the waste caused by excessive in-process inventory, resulting in a standard process cycle time of 2 days and a quality feedback loop so short that quality problems are solved before they can impact delivery or product cost. We offer investment castings in stainless steel, cobalt, and copper.
