ProCam Diaphragm Metering Pumps

Classic diaphragm pump for low/medium applications.

These pumps with mechanically actuated dual diaphragms bring the advantages and security of the diaphragm design to applications with operating pressure up to 20 bar and flow rates up to 3.000 l/h at an economical price.

Applications:
• Protecting the metered liquid against contamination from pump gasket particles and lubricants, e.g. for drinking water handling and treatment.
• Pumping dangerous liquids, where a leakproof pump is essential.
• An economical solution to applications requiring high operating security and reliability.

ProCam Sanitary (Diaphragm Metering Pumps)

Diaphragm pumps for sterile products.

ProCam metering pumps are now available with CIP and SIP capability. The new ProCam Sanitary range uses food-grade components with ultra smooth surfaces and modified flow geometry which permits complete in-place cleaning of the membrane pump heads and the valves.

Applications:
• Suitable for CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) up to 150°
• Suitable for SIP ( Sterilizing-in-Place) by saturated steam at 121°C
• Suitable for stringent hygienic and sterile needs in the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology, in cosmetic industries and personal care as well as for food and beverages.
• In accordance with Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX100a).
• Flexibility due to multi-head pumps.

ProCam Hygienic (Diaphragm Metering Pumps)

EHEDG certified diaphragm pumps.

The ProCam Hygienic has been developed to meet the highest standards of the European Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG). The cleaning characteristrics have been improved by a special pump valve design.

Applications:
• Suitable for CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) up to 150°
• Suitable for SIP ( Sterilizing-in-Place) by saturated steam at 121°C
• Suitable for stringent hygienic and sterile needs in the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology, in cosmetic industries and personal care as well as for food and beverages.

The ProCam plunger metering pumps are ideal for applications with operating pressures up to 80 bar, especially for the economic metering of nonhazardous liquids with flow rates from 0.16 to 60.5 l/h. Robust gear technology with proven cam and spring design for long operating life.
