Cybercriminals Use Trojans and Money Mules to Loot Online Bank Accounts		Lattice Technology's New Product Delivers On-demand Multi-CAD Formats for XVL Applications, Using Adobe 3D OEM product
San Jose, CA - Finjan Inc., a leader in secure web gateway products and the provider of a unified web security solution for the enterprise market, unveiled new research from its Malicious Code Research Center (MCRC), which uncovered new techniques used by cybercriminals to rob online bank accounts. Finjan sees the techniques described in this report as the start of a new trend that is expected to grow. These techniques add functionality aimed to minimize detection by traditional anti-fraud technologies in use by banks. More than a year ago Finjan identified the Zeus bank Trojan which today has become one of the most popular Trojans used by cybercriminals to steal money from banks' customers worldwide. In its Cybercrime Intelligence Report, Finjan's Malicious Code Research Center (MCRC) shows how a cybergang used a combination of Trojans and money mules to rake in hundreds of thousands of Euros and to minimize detection by the anti-fraud systems used by banks. New York City Chooses Novell to Simplify and Unify How New Yorkers Access Government Systems		The University of Oviedo Expands Network Technology Curriculum with Brocade IP Solutions

Nortel Government Solutions Awarded 3-Year IDIQ Contract By NOAA		IBM Announces Information Archive To Help Businesses Manage Explosive Data Growth
Fairfax, VA - Nortel Government Solutions, a U.S. company wholly owned by Nortel, announced that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has selected NGS as a prime contractor on the Instrument Processing Engineering Support - III (IPES-III) contract. Through the IPES contract, NGS will provide a wide array of IT support services to the Office of Systems Development (OSD) Ground Systems Division (GSD) of the NOAA Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS). HP and Oracle Partner with Commonwealth of Kentucky to Deploy Comprehensive Tax System		SonicWALL Eases Secure Remote Access to Virtual Call Center
Palo Alto, CA - HP and Oracle announced the Commonwealth of Kentucky has deployed a new Comprehensive Tax System (CTS) designed to improve revenue administration and collection functions for its Department of Revenue, Finance and Administration Cabinet. The system officially went live on Aug. 21 in support of the Commonwealth's tax modernization program with immediate plans for delivering improvements to the Coal Severance Tax process. This process provides more than $230 million in revenue to the Commonwealth each year. HP Enterprise Services is using the Oracle® Enterprise Taxation Management application and Oracle Database to facilitate the modernization effort.
