The KOBOLD Group has acquired instrument manufacturer Heinrichs Messtechnik GmbH of Colonge, Germany. Heinhrichs Messtechnik is known for manufacturing high accuracy and custom coriolis, variable area and magnetic flowmeters as well as density and level measuring instruments.
