Flat springs and wire forms are produced on our Nilson fourslide equipment. We are able to form up to .156 diameter wire and up to .062 x 1.000 strip. All of our tooling is made in-house utilizing the most current techniques. Most dies are made with the use of wire E.D.M. equipment, thereby offering exceptionally clean cuts and superior die life.

The terminolgy of "flat springs" covers a wide range of springs fabricated from flat ribbon or strip stock which, being deflected by an outside force or load, will store and release energy.
