Forward-Curved Fan Manufacturers

A forward-curved fan is a type of centrifugal fan in which the blades are curved such that the ends of the blade are pointing in the same direction as the rotation of the fan wheel. Since forward-curved fans can offer the same volumes and pressure as other, similar-sized, backward-curved centrifugal fans at lower fan speed, they are generally quieter to operate. The ability to operate quieter than other centrifugal fans makes this fan an ideal choice for ventilation, air-conditioning, and other applications requiring high volume airflow with quite operation. However, forward curved fans are particularly sensitive to the particulates.
