Metal Gasket Manufacturers
Metal gaskets are sealing components manufactured from any metal of desired thickness. They form tight seals while under compression when placed between a pair of joints or surfaces. Gasket compression loads are usually higher so as to allow gasket deformation, and it is essential that the metal used for the gasket fabrication is superior in softness to the metal used in the mating surfaces. Gaskets of this type provide outstanding heat conductivity, mechanical strength, and high resistance to pressures, temperatures and chemical reactions based on the metal chosen for manufacture. These gaskets are commonly used in compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, turbines, condensers and valves.
