Rubber Hose Manufacturers

Rubber hoses are flexible pipes featuring an inner tube of seamless synthetic rubber and layered on top with wire braid and cotton braid, while rubber-impregnated cotton braid forms the outer layer. Various rubber compounds are used for the construction of the hose’s outer cover while the inner tube is made of PVC and SBR, cross-linked and polyethylene, nylon and wire reinforcement. Hoses of varied lengths, sizes and end-fitting configurations are attainable; they are typified on the basis of their pressure tolerance under normal operating conditions. These hoses are familiar in applications such as unloading fuels and oils from tank railroad cars.
