| | ACS Industries, Inc., is the largest and most vertically integrated manufacturer of knitted wire mesh products in the world. We supply two basic product lines to the automotive industry; air bag filters & exhaust components. Our exhaust components include erosion and edge protection seals for DOC,DPF and SCR catalyst, Navin Rings for mufflers, EGR Valve filters, Flex Coupling Seals, Breathers and numerous other components. Our automotive manufacturing facilities are in Shanghai, China and Monterrey, Mexico. Research & Development is in Lincoln, RI. All of our products are manufactured from wire drawn from 5.5 mm redraw rod in our own mills in Monterrey. Our wire drawing equipment is capable of drawing thirty million pounds (14 million kg) of fine wire per year. Currently, we are producing about 16 million pounds (7 1/4 million kg) per year.
