| | Abtex Corporation has manufactured fiber abrasive brush deburring tools since 1978. In 1980, we introduced the first Abtex end deburring system for aluminum extrusions.
In the years since our founding we have continually expanded our brush line. They are now used in a variety of industrial applications including deburring, edge radiusing and surface finishing. Abtex fiber abrasive brushing tools are available in disc, radial wheel, tube and end type and cylindrical formats. We offer a wide variety of stock brushes as well as custom designs for specific applications.
Abtex also now manufactures a full range of deburring and surface treatment systems that are designed to address each customer's specific application. Whether it is end-deburring of aluminum extrusions and/or tubing, planetary head flow-through systems for part faces, or rotary indexing systems for complex geometries, Abtex deburring systems are engineered to be simple, overbuilt, and optimally effective.
