Aerzen positive displacement blowers are ideal for up to 15 psi pressure, up to 15 "Hg vacuum (dry), and up to 25 "Hg vacuum (dry) with pre-inlet cooling. They offer maximum versatility up to 8,500 cfm. Standard features include: lowest vibration level achieved by reducing pressure pulses; precision machining and assembly; internal pulsation attenuation by cancellation ("interference of pressure pulses"); and self-tensioning belt drive that needs no adjustment (simply uses motor weight). Options: your choice of motor brand; sound enclosure - indoor or outdoor; instrumentation; and adjustable frequency drive.
Delta Screw Compressors
Aerzen single-stage screw compressors are very simple and rugged, reliable under the most difficult operating conditions, including dusty environments. Economical operation provides significant energy savings and reliability advantages @ 12 psi and above. Options: your choice of motor brands; sound enclosure - indoor or outdoor; instrumentation; traditional or transmitter - PLC based; adjustable frequency drive; and after-cooler to your specification.
Vacuum Boosters
Vacuum booster blowers are available from 50 to 56000 cfm in either direct drive or belt drive configurations. Rugged drive arrangement for high delta P applications and O-ring construction for leak tightness at High Vacuum conditions. High volumetric efficiency to maximize performance; quiet and reliable operation.
