| | 1. Our company is established in 1999 by our boss, who also is an injection mold engineer with 12 years experience in mold making. After 6 year's development, there are 103 people in our company at present, including 60 professional engineers and technicians, operating with teams and branches while each step of mold making is quality control strictly, that means we could operating in nearly 24 hours in 7 days a week helping us to offer you the molds with high quality and exactly delivery time. In addition, we have six mold tool design engineers with rich experience, two processional CNC engineers, using advanced software such as Pro-E, Auto-CAD, Master-CAM and Solid-works.
2. We have the following precision equipment: 3 sets of CNC machine, including one set of KAFO 1500 with Fujitsu controller, its travel: 1500X1000X800mm, two sets of FEELER FV800 with MITSUBISHI updated controller 520,its travel: 850X550X500mm; these CNC can process with the liner angle; 6 sets of EDM, all are imported from Taiwan; The largest one with max travel 500X400X400,these machines have the capability to process the mold parts with max 10 stages according to different customer requirements; 5 sets of Wire-cut, 13 sets of Milling machine, 2 sets of Grinding machine, 2 sets of Lathe, 2 sets Drill press, 1 set Check apparatus etc. In our injecting workshop, we also have 8 sets of Injection machine.

We can make molds according to the customer's requirements, such as Hot Runner, DME standard components, Hasco specification, insulator plates, etc. Right now we could make molds weight between 50kg and 8 tons; We often use the moldbase and standard components of LKM(www.lkm.com.hk), which well known in Asia in supplying moldsbase and mold component, and the core/cavity steels often used are such as P20, H13, NAK80, 718#, 738#, S136, 2083, 2316, etc.
4. During the past 6 years, we have designed and made lots of injection molds for our customers, and 85% of our them are from overseas including USA, Canada, European countries and so on, enjoy high reputation and gather rich experiences, such as over molding molds, insert molding molds, gas-mold building and screw mold building etc.
5. In our Market department, we have six export sales that can communicate with our customers in English. One thing worth the whistle, each sales not only in charge of business developing, but also in charge of serving his customers during the mold building, that mean we could communicate with our customers fluently. I could feedback to my customers for any questions within 24 hours, since I always work between 8:00 in the morning and 10:30 in the night everyday without Sunday
