Our services includes custom printing on connector parts made of fluorosilicone, base silicone, viton, nitrile, neoprene, and hermetically sealed glass preform. Whether above surface or below surface barriers, we can print it. We are familiar with MIL-STD and FED-STD standards.
Dalco's facilities include a clean room which meets the requirements of a Class 100 Thoussand. We custom print depth insertion markings and indicator markings on a variety of medical tubes. The tubes material range from silicone, PVC, and polyurethane are to name a few. We also custom print on medical components or devices for any use. We use Class VI medical grade ink both restricted and unrestricted to meet engineering requirements and standards.
Our capabilities also allow us to print on a variety metal and plastic substrates. We custom manufacture medical labels and industrial decals (pressure sensitive) from substrates such as vinyl, Mylar, and polycarbonates. Dalco also offers die cutting, kiss cutting, & thermo cutting services for any special shapes or size you may need. Our finishing process includes scoring, trimming, & laminating to help protect your pressure sensitive decal/label from extreme outdoor conditions.
