| Since 1970, we have been providing precision industrial plating services to our customers. By combining our vast metal finishing experience with state of the art equipment and today's modern chemistries, we continue to provide precision industrial plating to serve the customers' needs. We offer metal finishing services to businesses throughout the United States from our two locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. The industrial plating metal finishing services provided by Hi-Tec Plating, Inc. have been proven successful for a broad spectrum of industrial activities. Some examples are: bearings, gears, cutting tools, dies, injection mold parts, cams, pumps, spools, plungers and other sliding components to name a few. Hi-Tec Plating, Inc. prides itself on the quality of the services that we provide. We maintain in-house laboratories with the latest in inspection equipment to ensure a quality product. "Ni–Comp–100"™ Electroless Nickel surface finish for outstanding release properties Mid-Phosporus and High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel metal finishes applicable to a wide variety of needs. Chromium Electroplating Customers that are interested in the more traditional metal finish can choose one of our chrome plating finishes for their application. Precision surface finishing with "TDC-1"® our proprietary thin dense chrome that conforms to surface detail for an engineered finish. Traditional Hard Chrome (also known as industrial chrome) for a heavier metal finish. All of these surface finishes can be applied to a variety of metal substrates.
