 Mech-Tronics is an ISO 9002 registered manufacturing company located in the Chicago area specializing in aluminum Mil-Spec work. The company supports major aerospace customer requirements for Kan-Ban, Consignment and Lean initiatives and is certified to AS9100B:2004. The 100+ employee facility specializes in Precision Aluminum Sheet Metal Fabrication, Aluminum Dip-Brazing and Photo-Chemical Etching. Products are built to print primarily for the Aerospace, Defense, Communication and other critical industries. The turn-key facility offers complete services include Welding, Paint, Silk Screen, Chemical Conversion and Hardware Installation.

The privately held corporation was founded in 1948 by Sam and Eugene DeMuro. Steady growth led to factories in Illinois, Arizona, and Mexico.
