Metal Craft quality assurance includes: AS9100, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 as registered services and processes. We are also WBENC Certified and ITAR Compliant offering State-of-the-art certified GTAW welding services which has been added in an effort to meet our customers growing demands. Established in Elk River, Minnesota just outside the Twin Cities, our core values of quality, service, and innovation have allowed us to become recognized among the leading suppliers in the Medical, Implant and Device Manufacturing. In 1996, Metal Craft expanded its machining capabilities by acquiring Riverside Machining and Engineering of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. This facility specializes in the precision machining of aluminum heat sinks, cold plates and heat exchangers. Prototype Services Our Prototype Action Response Team (PART) quickly develops precision prototypes to your exact specifications. Complex Assembly We ensure functionality and usability at every step of manufacturing through final assembly and testing. Turning/Swiss/Gun Drilling We can drill precision holes in multiple shapes with our close tolerance gun drilling. Wire EDM Our wire EDM and hole popping capabilities produce high tolerance pieces and complex shapes. Welding We create precise welds of the highest quality and strength with our laser beam welding and GTAW (Tig) welding. Laser Etching & Passivation Our full service laser marking and finishing applications includes rotary axis marking, deep etch marking, and custom graphics. CNC Milling, Machining, & Grinding Our 7 axis grinding machines can create custom form drills, taps, and reamers.
