Midwest Instuments is operated in Northern Wisconsin by Garret Crisler. The company was founded in 1997 when, after working in numerious enviromental monitoring fields, a need for a low cost, weather proof, battery powered paddle wheel type flow meter was realized. The meters are assembled here in Wisconsin from parts domestic and foriegn. Our goal isn't to be the largest company; we would like to supply you with a paddle wheel type meter if it is the best fit for your application.
