| The company was originally formed in 1988 by a group of highly experienced professionals, prepared to reach the best standard within the sector. Moldes Barcelona has a built surface of 1.700 m2 and 7.400 production hours per month. In addition, the company is equipped with excellent machinery (we can make tools up to a maximum weight of 16 Tm) SECTORS Car Outer components: Bumper and accessories, Grille and accessories, Over fender, Outside Trimming, Rear view Mirrors Cover, Support outside components, Door Accessories. SECTORS Pharmacy material Hotel business Furnishing Agriculture Storage Furniture Other sectors We have obtained our Quality Certificate in the ISO 9001:2000 standard for "Design, construction, modification and maintenance of serial and prototype moulds for thermoplastic injection and blowing, and light alloy die-casting". We make Numeric Control programs for machining, spark erosion and wire erosion. Due to our experience, more than 600 moulds manufactured for the most demanding sectors, enable us to make technical and economical improvements on our customers' projects. The machine shop is prepared to carry out the construction of the most complex tools. The personnel working in the different areas are very skilled and professional technicians, and this is the reason why we can achieve a first class product and service. In order to cut down on machining / polish times and on the global costs, we have high speed machines which are between 5 to 10 times faster than conventional ones. In addition we can get a better surface quality and dimensional tolerances more accurate. Our after-sale service guarantees our customers: Maintenance, Modifications and Repair on tools as well as the spare parts supply. When tool maintenance is required by our customers our technicians use our 1400 kg. van to travel to their plant, taking with them all necessary tools to do the job, or to bring the mould to our shop, whatever is more convenient. All our departments co-operate with our customers in the maintenance of their tools, as well as with their repair. |
