This off-line filter system is desirable where installation on equipment is difficult and running machinery can not be shut down to be installed. It's also an excellent choice if the budget does not allow multiple filtering systems, or if off-site filtering is required. As an added benefit, it will extend your current full flow filtration element life.
EP NTZ's hydraulic filters utilize bypass filtration and a micro depth filter element to achieve optimal system cleanliness. In off-line bypass filtration, a line running from the sump pump brings 2.1 or 4.2 liters of fluid per minute (vs. 10-20 liters per minute in a full flow filter) through the filter. EP NTZ's system incorporates a unique manifold with integrated bell housing between the pump and the hydraulic motor to eliminate possible leaking due to vibration or bad connections on pipelines and couplings.
