Our primary capabilities are multuspindle automatic screw machines with bar capacities from 1/4" to 2 1/4" .
Secondary Capabilities
Our capabilities also include blanking on single spindle and CNC machines plus secondary processes such as broaching; slotting, milling, drilling, tapping.
Quality
Complete traceability from raw materials to finish product. Parts are inspected individually and in lot sizes by trained operators to insure in process compliance.
Outsourcing
Plating, Heat Treating, Passivation, etc. can be coordinated by New Vision at many of our local facilities.
