Assessing every order and matching it to the best equipment for the job ensures that our customers are afforded the best prices. While every Newcomb Spring facility operates with the latest state-of-the-art equipment for standard job requirements, we realize the future of every industry lies in new designs and approaches, and we pride ourselves on being ready to meet the needs of today and tomorrow. Every customer should have the part they need, as quickly as possible - so Newcomb Spring customizes every step of the manufacturing process to the needs and specifications of each order. We operate a range of computerized equipment to produce parts with unique requirements, and have set-up an entire Research and Development Department to design and build custom manufacturing equipment in-house. When Newcomb Spring decided, over 50 years ago, to diversify its locations, it was more than a logistics decision. Then-President G. Donald Jacobson felt the closer Newcomb Spring was to a customer, the better he could serve that customer. Newcomb Spring could act faster, know more about an industry's needs, and answer questions one-on-one with every client. To ensure this high level of customer involvement we continue to build and expand our facility network.
