Penn Stainless stocks a full range of stainless round bar from 1/16” round thru 24” in diameter. Nearly all grades of stainless steel are stocked in round bar, including 302, 303, 304, 304/L, 304H, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L, 317/L, 321, 321/H, 347, 347H, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4PH, Duplex 2205 and Alloy 20. Heat treated stainless round bars are stocked in 17-4PH, conditions H900, H1125, H1150 and Double H1150. Additional heat treated conditions can be produced upon request. In 400 series stainless, we stock 410HT and 416HT. We also stock Accuracy and Bearing Quality stainless round bar in 303, 304 & 316/L. Much of our inventory is stocked in our proprietary grade of machining bar: PENNMET 2000. PENMET stainless rounds are melted to consistent standards to improve machine ability and reduce the overall cost per part. Our stainless bar processing equipments enables Penn Stainless to produce to our customer's precise requirements. All stainless round bar can be cut to size. Penn Stainless Products supplies stainless channels in 304/304L and 316/316L. Stainless channels are primarily rolled or extruded up to 8” with web and or flange thickness up to .625” See our catalog for full product details. Larger channels in excess of 24” can be manufactured utilizing laser fusion technology. Laser fussed technology also enables engineers and metal buyers to mix thickness or even material grades. Laser fused channels can also be supplied in Duplex 2205 and lean Duplex 2101. All channels can be cut to size. Stainless channels can be supplied with a polished finish. Penn Stainless Products supplies seamless tube per ASTM A 213, ASTM A 269 and ASTM A 511. We supply common grades of stainless such as 304/304L and 316/316L in standard tube sizes and wall thicknesses. We can also supply more challenging stainless and nickel seamless tubing in 304H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321H, 347H, Alloy 20, Duplex 2205, Duplex 2507, Alloy 200/201, C276, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy 800H, Alloy 800HT, 254SMO, AL6XN and others. We also supply seamless stainless hollow bar for machining applications with wall thicknesses in excess of 2” for some stainless grades. Most sizes of seamless stainless and nickel tube can be cut to exact sizes. Non standard sizes can be made to order.
