Aluminum Vacuum Furnace Brazing & Heat-treating Vacuum furnace brazing creates a leak-tight bond down to 10-7 STD cc/sec of Helium. Our flux-less process is non-corrosive, cleaner, and stronger than other joining methods. The strict control of contaminants through the vacuum brazing process is ideal for oxidation-sensitive alloys such as those used in the aerospace and military/defense industries. Cold Plates and Heat Sinks We are your one-stop source for Aluminum Vacuum Furnace Brazed Cold Plates. We have been the leader in cold plate technology since 1985 serving some of the largest corporations in such industries as Aerospace, Defense, Electronic and Medical. Vacuum Heat Treating of PH Stainless Steel Heat Treating of Precipitation Hardening (PH) stainless steels is per AMS 2759. Precipitation hardening is an artificial aging in which a constituent precipitates from a supersaturated solution. Solution Heat Treating / Quenching of 6061 Aluminum Solution Heat Treating of Aluminum is per AMS 2779. Solution Heat Treating: Heating an alloy at an elevated suitable temperature for sufficient time to allow soluble constituents to enter into solid solution where they are retained in a supersaturated state after quenching. Multi-axis CNC Machining(CNC Machining, Turning, Grinding, and Swiss Machining) CNC turning, milling and grinding are the foundation of our operation. We provide a full service laser marking and finishing application including: rotary axis marking, deep etch marking & customer defined graphics/logos. In addition to laser etching, we also provide full service cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning & passivation of all stainless metals.
