In addition to our engineering capabilities, Ron-Vik has in-house tool fabricating capability in order to control the quality of the product from tool design to finished part. The processes Ron-Vik's facilities are equipped with to produce custom parts include:

Shearing - cut to length wire mesh pieces
Coil Slitting - 1/2" to roll width of wire mesh coils
Calendering - process used on wire mesh to lock wires, flatten material and prevent fraying
Blanking and Drawing - configurations range from round, square and rectangular blanks to formed parts to crimped parts
Welding - types include resistance welding, soldering, ultrasonic welding and adhesive bonding
Molding -
Plastisol molding - the ability to mold Shore 40A to 80D Polyvinyl Chloride
Injection molding - where equipment can mold nylon, polypropylene or elastomer in up to 12 ounce molds
Insert molding - where wire mesh parts can be combined with plastics by Plastisol or injection molding
