| | Xiangfen Rongshida Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (RSD) is a production association integrating iron-smelting, casting, machining manufacturing. Over the years RSD has been producing over 30 000 tons/year of precision castings and over 20 000 tons/year of mechanical processing for a wide range of industries and demanding customer applications, and the products have passed ISO9001:2008, TS16949:2009 international quality system certification.
RSD castings are produced in a state-of-the-art facility located in Shanxi, China, with the area of 106,000 square meters. The main production equipments are: Japan Sinto FBM III TL1 horizontal molding line, DISA vertical molding line, Electric furnaces(7 sets), Hot-box core shooter and Shell core machine (12 sets), more than 68 sets of machining equipments and complete physical and chemical equipments.
