Our markets are generally commercial and our customers are original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Our products are produced exclusively to our customers' blueprints and specifications. Our engineers design the wax injection tooling required to produce the parts to the customer's specifications. Our customers typically own the tooling.
Our investment castings are sold throughout the continental United States and Canada to the widest variety of respected industrial customers. Our business does not depend on one or two large customers; more than 300 satisfied customers currently utilize our quality components. No customer consumes more than 12% of our capacity. By serving a variety of diversified industries with a quality product, we have been able to increase sales and maintain steady employment. Manufacturers' representative firms throughout the United States represent the company. Each sales agency has an exclusive contract and act in our behalf as sales people in their assigned territory. | |
