It has allowed us to provide a wide range of technology and services to a diverse range of industries and meet the requirements of manufacturing operations effectively in the following areas: * Batch processing of dry products (including milling, mixing and sieving.). * Batching and feeding of dry materials in the manufacture of both dry and liquid products in a batch or continuous process operation. * Flow control and feeding of problematic dry materials from Bulk Silos, Hoppers and Big Bags. * Automatic, semi-automatic & manual discharging of materials from 25 – 50 Kg sacks. * Inter-process transfer of dry materials efficiently and with no contamination to the product or surrounding environment utilising fully enclosed conveying systems or IBC's (Intermediate Bulk Container's). * Packaging of dry products into open mouth or valve type sacks and flexible intermediate bulk containers (Big Bags). * Mechanical & Electrical installation of complete manufacturing process lines.
