| | Twin Valley Metalcraft came into existence in September of 2004 by the purchase of the assets of a company called Lee’s Short Run Production, owned by Raymond Lee. Lee’s had been supplying high quality parts for over 30 years. Dave and Debbie Purdy purchased Lee’s and moved the shop to their property in West Alexandria, Ohio.
Debbie Purdy, President and Owner has over 30 years of experience in Business Administration, Project Management and Customer Relations. Debbie has managed critical computer system implementations, as well as designed and programmed proprietary systems in the Healthcare Industry. These skills have enabled us to put good processes and procedures in place for smooth running operations. Debbie has also trained our staff in customer relations resulting in us developing an excellent reputation for taking care of our customers.
Dave Purdy, Plant Manager and Owner has been a machinist for over 35 years. Dave’s intense organizational skills and experience with operating and repairing various types of machines has kept this shop running lean. His years of experience have also enabled us to perform value added services such as multiple operations, reverse engineering, and design troubleshooting.
Karen Mann, QC Administrator has been with us since inception and prior to that was with the company we purchased for 20 years. Karen has over 35 years of experience in Second Operation Machining and Quality Control; this has assisted us in assuring our customers that they will receive consistent high quality parts.
David Benadum, CNC Programmer has also been with us since inception and with the previous owner for 25 years. Dave has over 35 years of experience as a machinist specializing in producing high tolerance Aerospace parts. David’s record for machining high quality parts is phenomenal. | |
