Our Abrasive Flap Discs are produced by the advanced full automatic Germany Weiss machines with Zirconium oxide, Aluminium oxide, Ceramic aluminium oxide, Silicon carbide cloth flap and special epoxy resins made in Germany at the flat and convex version on fiberglass , plastics, nylon and aluminium backing plate in D100 mm x16 mm (4" x 5/8"), D115 mm x 22 mm (4-1/2" x 7/8"), D125 mm x 22 mm (5" x 7/8"), D150 mm x 22 mm (6" x 7/8"), D180 mm x 22 mm (7" x 7/8") and the quich change flap disc with Nylon backing plate in sizes of D125 mm x 80 mm from grit 24 – 320.
