Series MDPC Mini Digital Pressure Controller

Press Release:
Jan 12, 2012 — Dwyer Instruments, Inc., the preferred source for your complete range of practical and affordable instrumentation, is introducing its innovative NEW SERIES MDPC MINI DIGITAL PRESSURE CONTROLLER. The Series MDPC is a slim, gas pressure sensor that is small in size and light in weight. This pressure controller supports many installation methods and features high measurement accuracy. This small sensor yields excellent stability, high shock and vibration resistance. The MDPC also provides good over-load capacity and heat resistance. It can be utilized in many industries such as: hi-tech electronics, general processing, food packaging, and automatic assembly.

The MDPC has 6 user-selectable pressure units and a large, LED, 3-color display with selectable color options that include green, orange and red, allowing for effortless reading. Changing units is simple and with the included unit stickers, the pressure unit that is being displayed becomes very clear. It also features a fast parameter copy function that makes copying parameters to other MDPC pressure controllers simple and time saving. With the energy-saving mode, the MDPC saves more than 20% of the entire electricity consumption. The key lock mode also prevents any unnecessary changes to the parameters, which can have an effect on operation. Another characteristic of this multi-talented pressure controller is its ability to detect both positive and negative pressure. The available measurable pressure ranges from -100 kPa to 100 kPa or -100 kPa to 1000 kPa with available NPN, PNP, analog voltage or current output control modes.
