Custom profiles and common shapes are roll formed in gauges from .005 to .165 and widths up to 48". Economical quantities are typically 5,000 ft for existing profiles and 30,000 ft for new shapes. Unique Extrusions is a full service extrusions company offering complete extrusion, machining & finishing capabilities. We can extrude shapes from less than 1" in diameter to as large as 30", machine them to the tightest tolerances & finish them with a multitude of choices in paint or anodizing.

Hydro Aluminum North America offers superior drawn tubing solutions. We use a cold drawn process that reduces diameters, wall thickness and cross sectional areas to yield a tube with higher mechanical properties and superior ductility.

Aluminum Extruded Shapes is a full service extruder specializing in custom designed aluminum extrusions. We also offer a wide variety of standard shapes, which include angles, channels and tubing. In addition to our extrusion capabilities we offer in house fabricating, as well as CNC machining, anodizing, powder coating, etc.

Aerolite produces extrusions in various types of solid, hollow and semi-hollow shapes. Our capabilities include two extrusion presses: one 1550-ton press with a 7" circle size and one 2400-ton press with an 8" circle size.

Profile Precision Extrusions is nationally recognized for its expertise in extruded aluminum tubing and shapes. First and foremost is the ability to extrude tube that meets or exceeds the Aluminum Association dimensional requirements for drawn aluminum tube.
