Deep drawn cans are protective modules obtained by deep drawing manufacturing process. These products serve as headers, or have flanges formed onto the device-to-be-covered for fastening covers or lids. Such cans can be fabricated from a range of metals –from common metals to special-purpose alloys, as well as light, medium, heavy gauge metals. They are common in health care instrumentation, telecommunications, automotive, relays, aerospace, oscillators, transformer housings, sensors, capacitor housings, military enclosures and in electric motors.
