Din 2093- Belleville Disc Springs- Solon Belleville Springs® and Solon Disc Springs® are used to maintain bolt preload which keeps your bolted joints tight. These springs are used in applications where high spring loads are required in tight spaces. They are used where vibration, differential thermal expansion, and bolt creep are problematic.

Flat springs and wire forms are produced on our Nilson fourslide equipment. We are able to form up to .156 diameter wire and up to .062 x 1.000 strip. All of our tooling is made in-house utilizing the most current techniques. Most dies are made with the use of wire E.D.M. equipment, thereby offering exceptionally clean cuts and superior die life.
