Our wire size capabilities with wire forms are from .012” to .125” wire diameter. Our line of CNC machines from Mec Machinery give us ability to produce parts with the utmost of quality from virtually any material, at a fast, effective method. Much like springs, flat springs and wire forms are generally fashioned from round wire or strip material, then bent into shapes engineered to meet a specific task. Rather than employing a coiled body, wire forms rely on angles and lengths to provide resistance and support. Hooks and bends often act as attachment points for the device. Leaf, beam and cantilever are the most common flat springs.

Utilizing state-of-the-art, computerized machines we are able to produce complicated wire forms without the need for expensive tooling or secondary operations! CNC wire diameter capacity range from .016” to .412”. In our four-slide (also known as multislide) department we are able to produce a wide range of wire forms. This is an excellent, highly versatile machine ideal for high-volume runs. Four-slide wire diameter capacity range from .003” to .375”. Flat springs and wire forms are produced on our Nilson fourslide equipment. We are able to form up to .156 diameter wire and up to .062 x 1.000 strip. All of our tooling is made in-house utilizing the most current techniques. Most dies are made with the use of wire E.D.M. equipment, thereby offering exceptionally clean cuts and superior die life.
