Like other revolving handles, this foldable version has an internal bearing that allows the handle to remain fixed in your hand, for firm gripping while turning a Hand Wheel or crank. OPERATION: Handle is positively locked in extended position. To allow folding, the handle must first be pulled outward, against a spring force, then folded 90°.
