- 3way Sanitary Triclamp Ball Valves are either Cavity Filled or Non-Cavity Filled. If you have Food in the Valve, you probably want Cavity Filled. If you have CIP Cleaning Solution in the Valve, then you Might be able to get by with Non-Cavity Filled.
- 3way Sanitary Ball Valves can be L-Port Flow Path or T-Port Flow Path.
- 2 Seat Design is Used when you Enter the Center Port and Divert Left or Right.
- 4 Seat Design Valves are used when you Enter Thru One of the Side Port and Want to Go Straight Thru or Divert to the Side Port.
- Consider a Tport Common Application, where, Normal Flow would be Straight Thru to a Filler or Ice Cream Packaging Machine and Diverting out the Side Port back to the Tank, when the Filler is Not Running.
